Modular Expansion
Four integrated mounting surfaces allow utility modules to be installed for enhanced functionality. Flat C features central/dual module mounting, allowing up to two modules to be installed without an adapter.
No-Touch Locking™
No-Touch Locking™ technology allows a plate separation of up to 2.5 mm during locking.
Fail-Safe Locking
The patented fail-safe locking mechanism ensures minimal force is exerted on the piston.
Direct Robot Mounting
Direct mounting to robot wrists with a 100 mm ISO mounting pattern to minimize stack height. Additional mounting patterns are supported.
Hardened Locking Components
All locking components are made of stainless steel hardened to Rockwell C58 (58 HRC).
Optimized Alignment
Alignment features integrated into the tool changer housing provide increased torsional rigidity and improved ease of maintenance.
Integrated Status Monitoring
Integrated locking and unlocking status detection for status feedback. No SIP required.
