Modular Design

High Torque Capacity
The ASHWQC-210 uses the proven locking mechanism of the ASHWQC-210 series tool changers and exceeds the load specifications of 200 kg robots.
Integrated Wiring
Supports integrated valve and DeviceNet options. Valve and DeviceNet modules can be easily added or removed.
Flexible Connection Configuration
Electrical, pneumatic, and water connections are arranged in a single line. The modules can be positioned on the tool changer according to the wiring requirements.
Compact Design
Weight and overall dimensions are minimized without compromising reliability or performance.
Direct Robot Mounting
Direct mounting to most 200 kg robots. Supports the 125 mm ISO mounting pattern with a stack height of 103 mm.
