Stop module with damping ASMR-400
For stopping and separating of one or more accumulated workpiece carriers on a defined workpiece carrier stop surface.
Suitable for tight installation spaces, for example between the rollers in a roller conveyor system.

TYPE
Pneumatic separator. Housing hard-anodized aluminium. Stop hardened steel.
Allowed workpiece carrier load up to 400 kg (see table).
WEIGHT DATA
All weight data relates to the total weight of the workpiece carrier (pallet with material), not the maximal force.
MAX. RAM PRESSURE
Dependent on friction between workpiece carrier and conveyor system, workpiece carrier and stop plate, pneumatical pressure and ambient conditions.
CONNECTION
Pneumatic connection: G 1/8″
Air pressure: compressed air 4 – 8 bar
QUERY
Version standard. The upper and lower position can be detected via inductive sensor as well as the position of the retracted stop plate.
EW (SINGLE ACTING)
When depressurized the separator goes into the lock position via spring and the pallet will be stopped.
DW (DOUBLE ACTING)
When depressurized the separator keeps its last position.
The lowering force is higher as there is no spring.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The items will be delivered without accessories.
Accessories can be freely selected according to the ambient conditions.
All supplied accessory parts are mounted by customer request.
MAINTENANCE
No maintenance is required. The area around the stop plate must be clean and exempt from swarf to guarantee an exactly positioning of the workpiece carrier.
