The stop modules ASM-620 are offered as single-acting variants (EW) For the EW-version there is only one air connection (P1) for lowering the stop module The air connection hole is located on the front of the stop module

The forces are dependent on the pneumatic pressure, the piston
surface and the spring force.
During the respective working movements, the following piston
surfaces are subjected to compressed air:
Piston surface for lowering: 2513 mm²
Piston surface for extending the damping: 3927 mm²

Spring force in raised position: F₁ = 100 N
Spring force in lowered position: F₂ = 250 N

Standard version: -20°C to +80°C

Operating pressure:
p_min = 4 bar
p_max = 8 bar

Compressed air quality:
ISO 8573-1 grade 4 or better

Size of the holes for air connection: G1/8

Cylinder volume for one cycle (lowering and extending the stop plate) : 140 cm³

The air consumption Q in “Norm litres” Nl can be calculated with these cylinder volumes and is specified in the operating manual

In the standard version ASM-620-EW-15-I, the upper position and the lowered position can be queried using inductive sensors.

The damping effect can be adjusted on the top of the device at the ASM-620 series by using a slotted screwdriver. The setting direction is marked on the device. The marks have the following meaning:
+ … increased damping effect
– … reduce the damping effect.

No maintenance work is required.
The area around the stop must be clean and free of dirt and chips to ensure precise positioning of the workpiece carrier.

The devices in standard configuration are supplied without accessories.
The accessories are freely selectable and adapt to the ambient conditions.
For variants with a three-digit number at the end of the type code, accessories are sometimes included in the scope of delivery.
