Stop module without damping ASUR-400
Very lean edition, perfectly suitable for roller conveyor systems. Protected against dust and liquids. Stopping and separating of one or more accumulated pallet holders at a defined pallet holder stop plate in conveyor systems or at the working piece directly. Can also be used for positioning of for example pneumatic cylinders.

Due to the very slim design with a width of only 28 mm, this stop module fits between the rollers with a small roller pitch or can be used in confined spaces.
Very well suited to stop KLT containers on gravity roller conveyors.

PROPULSIVE FORCE
In order to ensure a perfect lowering movement of the stop module, the following propulsive forces must not be exceeded:

FUNCTION EW
EW (single-acting): The lowering of the stop module is done by pneumatic pressure.
In the unpressurized state, the stop module moves upwards into the blocking position by a spring and the next workpiece carriers can be stopped.
FUNCTION DW
DW (double-acting): The lowering and raising of the stop module is done by pneumatic pressure.
In unpressurized state the stop module keeps his last reached position. The stop module has no spring. This increases the lowering force.
INSTALLATION
The stop module is fastened using screws M8 from above or with M10 screws in the four threaded holes on the underside.
