Corner stop module ASME-1200

ASME-1200 corner stop modules dampen and stop individual workpiece carriers at a section crossing on a lifting transverse unit or at the end of the conveyor.

Technical data

TYPE

Pneumatical damper. Housing hard-anodized aluminium. Stop plate hardened steel. Allowed workpiece carrier load up to 1200 kg (see table).

WEIGHT DATA

All weight data relates to the total weight of the workpiece carrier
(pallet with material), not the maxial force.

MAX. RAM PRESSURE

Dependent on friction between workpiece holder and conveyor system,
workpiece carrier and stop plate, pneumatical pressure and ambient conditions.

Working pressure: treated compressed air 4 ­- 8 bar

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The items will be delivered without accessories. Accessories can be freely selected according to the ambient conditions. All accessory parts supplied are mounted depending on customer request.

MAINTENANCE

No maintenance is required. The area around the stop plate must be clean and exempt from swarf to guarantee an exactly positioning of the workpiece carrier.
