Stop module without damping ASUEL-35

For stopping and separating of one or more accumulated workpiece carriers a defined workpiece carrier stop surface.
Made for small transfer systems like Bosch Rexroth TS1.

Technical data

DEVICE DESIGN

Electrically operated stop module, single-acting, with electromagnet.
Extra low profile, ideally suited for the Bosch Rexroth TS 1.
Housing made of hard-anodized aluminum, stop made of steel.

PRODUCT WEIGHT

ASUEL-35-EW-07: 0,39 kg
ASUEL-35-EW-07-E: 0,45 kg
ASUEL-35-EW-07-I: 0,43 kg

CYCLE TIMES

Time – lower stop: 0,1 s
Time – rise stop: 0,1 s
Duty time: 100%

FUNCTION EW

(Single-acting): The lowering of the stop module is done by electric energy. In de-energized state, the stop module moves upwards into the blocking position by a spring and the next workpiece carriers can be stopped.

SPRING FORCES

The stop module ASUEL-35 in its basic version, has torsion springs installed which moves the stop plate into its blocking position.
The spring forces at the stop plate are less than 10 N

TEMPERATURE RANGE

Standard version: +5°C to +60°C

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The electrical connection is made with a 3-pin connector plug M8x1, A-coded.
When operating voltage is applied, the stop moves downwards and the stop module opens.
Without voltage, the stop module remains closed; the stop is held in the locked position by spring force.
PIN assignment:
Pin 1: 24 V DC
Pin 3: 0 V (GND)
Pin 4: Not connected (NC)

ELECTRICAL DATA

Voltage: 24 V DC
Current consumption: 0,33 A
Duty cycle: 100 %

POSITION QUERY

Variants are offered that allow the stroke positions of the integrated solenoid to be monitored.
These states mean:
Solenoid actuated = stopper lowered
Solenoid disengaged = stopper held in the upper locking position by spring force and a toggle mechanism.

ASUEL-35-EW-07-E: Position monitoring with magnetic field sensors, actuated and/or disengaged state
ASUEL-35-EW-07-I: Position monitoring with inductive sensor 59x8x8, actuated or disengaged state.

MAINTENANCE WORK

No maintenance work is required.
The area around the stop must be clean and free of dirt and chips to ensure precise positioning of the workpiece carrier.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The devices in standard configuration are supplied without accessories.
The accessories are freely selectable and adapt to the ambient conditions.
For variants with a three-digit number at the end of the type code, accessories are sometimes included in the scope of delivery.
