Carsten Czepull Appointed CEO of the Asutec Group
As of November 1, 2025, Carsten Czepull has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Asutec Group. With his extensive industry experience, strategic vision, and clear focus on sustainable growth, he will play a key role in shaping the Group’s continued development and long-term strategic direction.
The Asutec Group, comprising Asutec Holding GmbH and the operating entity Asutec GmbH, stands for technological expertise, quality, and customer proximity in the field of industrial automation and positioning systems, as well as advanced gripper technologies for robotics. Together with the Advisory Board, Carsten Czepull will consistently drive the Group’s value-creation strategy to ensure long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Following an intensive transition period, the former CEO, Sebastian Unterhuber, will move to the Advisory Board of the Asutec Group. This step ensures a smooth handover of responsibilities and safeguards strategic continuity within the Group.
