Slide stop ASMV-160

Asutec Slide Stops are designed to stop the workpiece pallets transverse movement and position it over the lift transfer unit for lowering on to the main conveyor section. The Slide Stops provide a high level of directional control to optimize your material traffic flow pattern.

TYPE

Pneumatic separator. Housing hard-anodized aluminium.
Stop plat made by hardened steel.

TEMPERATURE RANGE

Standard version: -20°C to +80°C

COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION

4 air connections available:
P1:  Lower the stop plate
P2:  Position the stop plate
P3:  Retract the stop plate
P4:  Extend the stop plate

WEIGHT DATA

All weight data relates to the total weight of the pallet holder
(pallet with material), not the maxial force

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The items will be delivered without accessories.
Accessories can be freely selected according to the ambient conditions.
All supplied accessory parts are mounted by customer request.

MAINTENANCE

No maintenance is required. The area around the stop plate must be clean and exempt from swarf to guarantee an exactly positioning of the pallet holder.
